Prepreg carbon fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon is frequently used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters, and flaps are often made of carbon.
In our carbon fiber department – a production branch specializing in carbon fiber processing – the components we offer are manufactured. These include the side splitters for the BMW 1 Series M-Package/M135i/128ti F40. Side splitters are aerodynamic components on the sides of the vehicle that cover the lower part of the rocker panels.
These side splitters visually and physically lower the vehicle's body. This reduces the airflow space under the vehicle by 2 centimeters. The splitters feature mounting holes. These holes prevent modifications to the structure of the elements without compromising their robustness.
The splitters are manufactured in Poland using thermal printing technology. Carbon fibers are cured at high temperature and pressure in an autoclave. This is the most modern method of carbon fiber production, guaranteeing excellent results in terms of both durability and appearance.
