Are the products subject to registration?
- Steering wheels : Usually do not need to be registered.
- Aerodynamic parts (Maxton Design, spoilers, diffusers, side skirts, etc.) : Registration with the STVA (Swiss Federal Office of Road Transport) is required in most cases.
- Suspension systems, rims, spacers : Registration required.
- Exhaust systems with Swiss expert opinion : Mostly exempt from registration, declaration of suitability must be carried along.
How long is the delivery time?
- Steering wheels (Made to Order) : approx. 20-30 working days
- Maxton Design aero parts : approx. 45-60 days (made to order)
- Velcro license plate holders & accessories : 3-7 business days (in stock)
How much are the shipping costs?
- Free shipping within Switzerland for purchases of CHF 50 or more.
- Under CHF 50: CHF 7 flat-rate shipping fee
- Bulky goods (e.g. Maxton body kits): Shipping costs by arrangement
Can I return products?
Individually manufactured products (steering wheels, Maxton orders, custom-made items) are excluded from return.
For stock products (e.g. Velcro license plate holders) we voluntarily grant a 7-day return policy , provided they are unused and in their original packaging. The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
How long is the warranty?
- Steering wheels & custom-made items : 12-month warranty on the stitching (wear and tear on leather, Alcantara, carbon fiber, and electronics excluded)
- Maxton products : according to the manufacturer, no warranty beyond legal requirements.
– Accessories (license plate holder) : 12 months
Can I do the assembly myself?
- Steering wheels : Installation should be carried out by a specialist workshop. The LED display can be connected in any garage in approx. 15 minutes.
- Aerodynamic parts & chassis : Only recommended by specialist companies.
- Hook-and-loop license plate holder : Clean the surface, use an alcohol pad, stick on the holder, attach the license plate - done.
Do you offer assembly service?
No, we don't assemble the parts ourselves. However, we work with
Partner garages in Switzerland. We will connect you with them upon request.
