Easy installation

Achieve a clean look in just 5 steps – no drilling or screws required.

Step 1

Clean the adhesive surface on the vehicle and the back of the license plate to remove grease and silicone (using the provided alcohol wipes or with ethyl alcohol, isopropanol, methylated spirits, brake cleaner, or thinner).

Step 2

If necessary, sand the license plates on the back with fine (approx. 600 grit) sandpaper. (This ensures proper adhesion). This is particularly important for new license plates.

Step 3

Before attaching the hook-and-loop strips, be sure to wipe the surface thoroughly with a dry cloth. No streaks should remain.

Step 4

Affix MS Parts® Velcro and press firmly.

Step 5

At temperatures below 20°C, all surfaces to be bonded should be warmed to hand temperature with a conventional hairdryer. (When using a heat gun, sufficient distance must be maintained, otherwise the MS Parts® holders may be damaged!).
