Prepreg carbon fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon is frequently used in motorsport, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters, and flaps are often made of carbon.
In our Carbon Division, a production department specializing in the processing of carbon, the elements we offer are manufactured, including the carbon set for the BMW 1 F40 M-Pack / M135i.
The carbon set lowers the bodywork. This reduces the airflow space at the front under the vehicle by 2 centimeters. All elements are equipped with mounting holes. These holes prevent tampering with the structure of the element and thus do not reduce its strength.
All elements of the set were manufactured in Poland using the thermal compression process. Carbon fibers are cured at high temperature and high pressure. An autoclave is used for this purpose. This is the most modern method of carbon production and guarantees excellent results, both in terms of strength and visual properties.
We ship carbon products securely. In addition to the normal film that protects the component from scratches, we also use plenty of bubble wrap and a protective mat that protects the product from impacts and vibrations during transport.
Important note: For certain add-on parts, especially those with sharp edges (e.g. diffuser, rear spoiler mount or components in the front area (e.g. front diffuser, additional requirements may arise on the part of the testing authority. Please note:
- A successful registration cannot be guaranteed.
- Sharp edges may need to be dulled or rounded. In many cases, this can be achieved with Maxton edge protection.
- For vehicles from approx. model year 2008 , a pedestrian protection certificate (e.g. DTC is often required for add-on parts in the front area. Please consult the competent road traffic office in advance.
- Pedestrian protection reports are occasionally available and can be provided upon request.
- The costs for the creation of the documents will also not be refunded in the event of an unsuccessful registration.
