The splitter visually lowers the front bumper (depending on the model) by 3-5 cm and improves the vehicle's aerodynamics.

Important note: An entry in the vehicle registration document cannot be guaranteed; the decision is at the discretion of the inspector at the cantonal road traffic office. For vehicles from approximately model year 2008 onwards, a pedestrian protection certificate (DTC certificate) is generally required for add-on parts in the front area.
