In our carbon fiber department – a production branch specializing in the processing of carbon fiber – the components we offer are manufactured. This includes the spoiler cap for the BMW X5 M-Package G05 facelift. The spoiler cap is the aerodynamic element of the vehicle's rear and is located on the upper part of the tailgate.
This spoiler cap influences the airflow around the vehicle body. It directs the airflow at the rear, visually enhancing and emphasizing the racing character. The spoiler cap is mounted using a very strong 3M adhesive tape with activator. This mounting method prevents any modifications to the component's structure, thus preserving its strength.
The cap is manufactured in Poland using thermal printing technology. Prepreg carbon fiber is cured at high temperature and pressure in an autoclave. This state-of-the-art carbon manufacturing process guarantees excellent durability and appearance.
We ship carbon products carefully secured – in addition to the usual foil that protects the component from scratches, we also use plenty of bubble wrap and a protective mat to protect the product from impacts and shocks during transport.
