The handles are mounted on the tailgate. They are profiled to perfectly conform to the curvature of the tailgate at its outermost edges. The cables for attaching the LED power supply are housed in a bracket without compromising the appearance or durability of the entire set.
The spoiler wing is manufactured from carbon fiber using the prepreg process – the most advanced carbon processing method, employed not only in our company but also throughout the automotive industry for the production of aerodynamic components and monocoques, joints, roll bars, and more. In this process, carbon fiber sheets are arranged within a mold, also made of carbon fiber. The process takes place in an autoclave, where pressure and precise temperature create a lightweight and extremely durable carbon fiber component.
The spoiler brackets, on the other hand, are manufactured from a solid block of aluminum using CNC milling machines that cut the components with an accuracy of 0.02 millimeters. This makes them durable, free of welds or seams, and ensures secure mounting of the spoiler to the vehicle.
We ship carbon products properly secured – in addition to the normal film that protects the component from scratches, we also use plenty of bubble wrap and a protective mat to protect the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.
