Prepreg carbon fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon fiber is very frequently used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters, and flaps are often made from carbon fiber.
In our Carbon Division – a production department specializing in carbon processing – the components we offer are manufactured, including the carbon set for the BMW X7 M-Pack G07 Facelift.
This spoiler cap influences the airflow around the body. It directs the airflow at the rear of the vehicle and visually enhances its racing character. The spoiler cap is mounted using a very strong 3M adhesive tape with activator. This mounting method prevents any modifications to the element's structure, thus preserving its robustness.
All elements of the set were manufactured in Poland using a thermal printing process. This involves curing the carbon fiber at high temperature and pressure in an autoclave. This is the most modern method of carbon fiber production and guarantees excellent results – both in terms of strength and visual properties.
We ship carbon products well secured – in addition to the normal film that protects the component from scratches, we also use plenty of bubble wrap and a protective mat that protects the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.
